Two sites were combined to formulate this new nine townhouse development. One of the existing buildings had burnt out and needed to be demolished. When cleared this site was an attractive flat development site located in a prime area.
Proposed Design
This development incorporated nine spacious two-storey townhouses all with three bedrooms and garages with internal access. The site layout formulated four blocks of townhouses with all the living on the ground floor which flowed to an attractive outdoor landscaped area with ground cover decks and planting.
Construction Phase
Although the development was designed in four blocks, all the townhouses were constructed together which allowed for a fast completion time. The townhouses were designed and constructed with high quality materials and finished to a high standard. The contractor was experienced in this type of domestic construction and this project showed what great combined architecture and great construction can achieve when a team works together.
Completed
These types of townhouses are a sought after product when done right. This development is an asset to the street and to the occupants. Although all these townhouses incorporated garaging, the location of the site is easy walking access to all facilities within Hutt City. The overall design, selection of materials and finishes will make these townhouses in demand for a very long time.
